Norton 360 Interface reverts to old version after updates- not the one where you can turn on/off VPN

Whenever Norton360 updates, I get the old version of the interface, I can't turn on or off the VPN. I've had the techs remote in 3 times to reset and reinstall the Norton suite, but it keeps going back to the old one. VERY frustrating. How can I stop this?

What exact Norton product are you using? Have you had the VPN before?

Do you see My Norton or More Norton on the right side of the Norton interface? If you see My Norton, click on that and then click on the Settings gear icon. Then click on Launch View and choose the new interface.

If you see More Norton, it sounds like you are using the wrong 360 installer. Log into your Norton Account and click on the user icon at the top right and click on Manage My Subscriptions. Find your current 360 subscription and click on the Download link there.

You can change the default home page from either 360 interface. As you have the classic interface showing, click on Settings. Then at the bottom of that page you should see an option for Launch View. Choose the Classic or the My Norton interface.

You can still get to the new interface from the classic by clicking on the My Norton pillar on the right side.

I uninstalled Noton, downloaded a new exe and it works. Thanks!  But if I have to uninstall/reinstall after each update, that stinks. Thanks for your help
