Norton 360 - iPhone - trusted WiFi network

Hi, I have a dashcam that my iPhone connects via WiFI but I have to manually go in each time and turn off the VPN which apparently automatically kicks in because it thinks it is an insecure network. With VPN, it will not connect to the dashcam WiFi at all. Is there a way to add this dashcam WiFi network to a trusted list or something where it does not automatically connect to VPN?

Unfortunately there is no Safe Network list. The only suggestion I have is to ensure that there is a long/strong password required to access the dash cam network. That might stop Norton from flagging it and starting the VPN.
