Norton 360 "Issues Found" / "Fix Now" not working again

I see on the my.norton.com web interface there is an issue with two of my devices. I select a device and click "Fix Now". There is a spinning wheel and the dialog "Make sure your computer is online to resolve the issue." That is odd since I am reaching the web from the same computer! Anyway it never resolves and always shows my devices have issues but won't tell me what the issue is. LiveUpdate runs fine and updates are installed.

After trying a few things the online status shows the computer is "Online" but it still does not get fixed.

This is on a Mac running macOS Monterey 12.1. So far it is only an annoyance on the web interface and everything else seems fine on the computer.
