I have active Norton 360 Premium subscription. I would like install product on my Samsung Galaxy S20 phone (Android version 12), but when I searching for product intallation on Google Play, it's says, that: "This item isn't available in your country". I am from Latvia, product subscription purchased today on Amazone.

Unfortunately, Norton apps can be restricted by US export laws as to what countries can receive their products. As it can be difficult to find an up to date list of where a product is available, your best to contact Norton Support and ask them is it should be available in your country. www.norton.com/contactcs If using the chat function, when you get to enter any information, enter "Agent Please" to get out of the chat bot and in contact with a real human.

Thank you for your replay! Interesting fact is that on my PC with Windows 10 all installed properly. But OK, I will get in touch with Nortan Support team.

There can be times when the Windows version of an app will be available in a country and not the mobile version.
I just heard from my contact and the 360 mobile app is not currently available in Latvia. It is possible that it may be available in the future.

Yes, looks like you are right. Yesterday I had conversation with Norton Support, after two hours discussion no solution, but consultant escelated my issue to higher support level, let's see what will be solution.
