Hi.
I addressed this problem about 3 years ago and still Google play tells me that it is not available in my country - e.g. Latvia, Why? What is so wrong with you, people, that you could not fix this still, even I've mentioned it to you and live chat couple more times?

I do not see any activity in your forum history that you brought this up here 3 years ago. What was the resolution at that time?
What Android version is on your device? Norton now requires at least Android 8 to be compatible.

Because it was not forum, but operator, I chated with. An yes phone is compatible, norton was on it, no thanks to norton support, transfer from old to new phone also transfered a norton installation. I just had to make a reset to my phone and now no way to get that installation again, unles you will give me a direct link to it, because all your operators failed to help me with that.

Used remote help app, tried everything nothing worked, what they did not do - they did not give me a direct link, I know it exists, for a brief time for one download, but they can do it.

I would suggest that you try that again. We do not have access to any mobile installation files other that what is available in the applicable App Store apps.

That is not true, on my previous mobile phone your agent did exactly give me direct link, only that way I had NIS 360 installation, nothing else helped.
And that is how I know, you can do it.
And - is not the time for your damn corporations, including stupuid google to consider expand list of countries you servicing?

Not sure what you say is not true. I noted that we do not have access to direct mobile app downloads, and I suggested you contact Norton Support again to ask for the same help you got last time.
These forums are just users helping users. We are not Norton employees.
