Norton 360 Not Functionable

After logging in to Norton 360, I come to the My Norton screen. At the top right, I see the DEVICE SECURITY choice. The icon has a red circle around it with an x on the left side. I also get the triangle with an explanation point in it. At this point I can do nothing functionable. I have been try to run Norton backup with no success. Is it time to change to McAfee?

I believe that red circle and X are indicating an issue with your Norton product, or a pending fix or update that requires you to restart your computer. Be sure you are using the Restart command. Not Shutdown and startup again if you have Windows Fast Startup feature enabled. If you use Windows 8/8.1, 10 or 11, there can be an issue with the Windows Fast Startup feature..
