Norton 360 Premium: Can't see any of my devices, but does not allow me to add one

I have have been automatically subscribe to Norton 360 Premium for years now, although I changed my PC computers to Apple Mac a few years ago, I never transfer the software to my new devices. Old PC are not working any more. I tried to manage my devices today to desincorpore all of them and get my Mac's computers protected, but there are no devices listed on my Norton Page. When I try to download the software to my Mac, it doesn't allow me to do so, saying that I am already using 3 devices and encourage me to buy a new license key. Is there any way to help me recover my subscription and protect my actual devices? Thanks!

I would contact Norton Support to have them sort out your subscription issues.    www.norton.com/contactcs

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.
