Norton 360 stuck on downloading LiveUpdate on Apple Silicon M2 MacBook Air.

MacBook Air with Apple Silicon M2

running Ventura 13.4.1


The app said there is a security problem to be fixed and asked to download LiveUpdate but the process took for several hours and still stuck on downloading.
