Norton 360 v 4.0 problem with MS ActiveSync 4.5

Norton 360 v 4.0 can't sync with PDA (Windows Mobile 6.5 Prof).
I have Norton 360 v4.0 on MS Windows XP Prof. I can't sync my PDA (Windows Mobile 6.5 Prof) with MS ActiveSync 4.5.

I tried the Yogesh's idea

Welcome to Norton Community!

Are you able to sync with the PDA after disabling the firewall in Norton 360?

Check Network Map in Norton 360 and see if the PDA device is listed there. If it is shown there, make sure that the trust control is set to Full Trust for the PDA device in the Network Security Map.
