Norton 360 v3.5 crashes in Windows 7 RTm x64

I have installed Windows 7 rtm x64 and Norton 360 Version: 3.5.2.10, the problem is,  it rendomly crashes even after after installing fresh copy of Windows and Norton 360, it also crashes when i scan files, browse internet,And after that the icon also disappears in notification area when this thing happens i download a malicious file and Norton does not block it, but when i manually restart service of Norton 360 it detects the threat..i am posting screenshot have a look..
