Some email providers might block the use of a VPN. Nothing you can do about it.

Your email provider is protecting your Account. With the VPN active the email system sees someone trying to access your email account from somewhere other than where you normally access from. So they block access.
Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.
