Norton 360 will not open

Norton 360 will not open on Mac only.
Registration error message ! sin orange shows: You have not completed product registration - FIX NOW.
Installed on Mac Pro running OSX 10.11.6 El Capitan.
Norton Icon in toolbar grayed out. When I click on it Norton 360 frame appears, then is gone.
Subscription is active, myNorton shows all my PCs and Mac computers.
I don't know if antivirus software is working on this Mac.
HELP!
