Norton 360 wont install Mac Monterrey 12.0.1

Norton 360 downloads to Macbook Pro M1 chip with Monterrey 12.0.1. setup unzips and leaves a file "Install Norton 360" - doubleclicking "Install Norton 360 does nothing - I've checked for hidden windows -- nothing. Got any ideas?
