How do i get my norton on to my mobile without going through google? how do i email norton ? how can i get to speak to a human at norton?

The only way to get Norton onto an Android device is through the Google Play Store app.

If you want to contact Norton Support, go to www.norton.com/contactcs . But they also will have no other way to get you a Norton app installed.
