Norton Anti-Track blocks website

When I try to access Spectrum.net, I get a white screen with a blue rotating circle that does not go away.  In other words, I cannot get into the website.  However, I can access the website if I turn Norton Anti-Track off.  I installed Anti-Track about a week ago and have had no other problems with it.  I have a desktop PC running Windows 10.
