Norton anti track does not work,tire of losing business profit

Every time I try to fix the anti tracker, I get a message from Norton to buy more product, I`m over $250., now and Norton DOES NOT WORK, I don`t understand what more product from Norton going to help me, wen Norton DOES NOT WORK.  I have remove and reinstall this product 3 times.  For what this worth, I don`t think I have to BUY more protection, wen Norton Product does not work.  I run a small business to support my family and have lost a lot of money being hacked.  And every time I go to support, I get 404 Bad Request

Please do not have me call support, I don`t think callIng India is going to help, plus these people are flipping RUDE. Uf I try to go into Norton support I get 404 BAD REQUEST
