Norton Anti-Track Doesn't Anti-Track

The little antitrack listing shows lots of sites that were supposedly blocked.  But, every time I search for something... the topic turns into an advertising listing on my home page web site.  For example, I ordered steaks from the Kansas City Steak Company.  Next day I started to get multiple ads from Omaha Steak Co.  Also, using the Antitrack window, I attempted to download Chrome... to see if a different browser might help with the ads problem.  The downloaded Chrome was in Spanish... and I "ain't."  Not happy with Antitracking and will be dropping it next go around...
