Norton Anti - tracker been in touch with support three times and they have not resolved issue. Norton Anti- tracker is not working. I am told it is not compatible with windows 11. control panel does not allow it to be deleted. Now stuck with pinned

Norton tracker has not worked since inception on Chrome or Edge. Been in touch with support three times and they took two hours each and did not resolve the issue. I want refund. They keep saying someone will phone me. No one has phoned.
I will not renew Norton 360 next year.
Norton anti- track is pinned on my task bar and will not remove
Will not uninstall through control panel - pop up error is recorded send but will not come of my desk top
How do I remove from pinned programme on task bar
Any body help as Norton agents have been useless

Hello karam410. The tech support agent isn't correct. AT is compatible with Windows 11 EXCEPT, Window 11 in "S" mode or Windows 11 on ARM processors. https://us.norton.com/products/norton-antitrack

  • Microsoft Windows 10 (all versions except Windows 10 in S mode, and Windows 10 with ARM processors)
  • Microsoft Windows 11 (all versions except Windows 11 in S mode, and Windows 11 with ARM processors)
  • macOS 11.x (BigSur) or later
  • Browsers supported on Windows: Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge version 88 or later
  • Browsers supported on macOS: Safari 14.x or later
