Norton AntiSpam: lost all email spam filtering

Same problem here. Updated on night of July 7, 2017. Updated required reboot, so most likely was a major version change. I have lost all email spam filtering. Rebooted numerous times to no avail. Turned off Outlook connection, then reactivated. Rebooted several times again. Added more updates on 7/10. I am using winXP SP3 (the updates released after MS discontinued service for non-commercial users); Outlook Express (I like the simplicity and have never had issues); Norton Security is now v22.10.0.83, not sure what it was immediately prior to this, but last moonth it was v22.9.1.12 and all was working very well.
