Norton AntiTrack error on wife’s side of the desktop.

AntiTrack working fine on my side of computer. When switched (logged in) to wife’s side of computer continually getting ATNMHost.exe application error. Problem just recently started as I have had AntiTrack for quite a while. When I uninstall problem goes away but returns when I reinstall. Appreciate any recommendations. HP computer running Windows 10. Click on picture to see error message. Thanks

Hi,

if you have only one license it will not work on another account, that needs two licenses. The price for 1 device or 5 devices is I think the same for the first year or close in any case (depending in which region you are).

You could call support and ask them to upgrade you to 5 devices, then it will work on both accounts.

Curious, whether user account type makes a difference.
Is your side Admin user account?  Is wife side Admin or Standard user?  

Caveat: I do not run Norton AntiTrack
