Norton AntiVirus 10.0 Mac caused kernel panic crash

hello,
this afternoon i came back to my machine and saw the leopard crash mesage on my screen. when i restarted the crash reporter had this information:

i was not running an active scan @ the time but norton runs in the background all the time. this is the second day for me running norton and the first crash.
