I don't know. Do you get the renewal screen when you click on the word 'renew'? Has the subscription expired? If so you will need to uninstall and reinstall the product so you can activate it with the new key.
Is a link to an alomst current version. Be sure to run live update until the program tells you that all updates have been downloaded and installed.

Re-install is not necessary. Click on Renew on the bottom in Norton main interface. In the next screen, do NOT click on renew, but on the line under it, with 'I have a key or code which i can enter' or the like.
Then enter your new product code and click on next and follow the questions asked. You will need to enter your Norton account and password, to register the key in your account.
On other computers, you only have enter the new product code, because it is registered already.
