NORTON APP LOCK IS NOT LOCKING SETTINGS OF ANDROID tabs AND MOBIKLES

Hi, I recently downloaded Norton app lock to my Samsung galaxy android tab and to my Samsung android mobile.

It is locking all the app's perfectly except SETTINGS app, it is not able to lock the settings, hence easily anybody can go to settings and they can reset the entire device or they can restore it to factory default.

kindly suggest if any solutions for this.

What specific devices are you using and what Android version on each?

Check in your Android settings that the Norton App Lock Service is turned on. Settings > Accessibility > Installed Services.
