Norton Automatic Renewal Subscription

i received an email to say my automatic subscription renewal had failed, the reason was not enough money in the account, i dont keep lots of money in my account purely for security reasons, i transfer when i need to.

so how do i find out how much my subscription is, that is the one thing that no one has mentioned in all the correspondence.......is the cost. and i cant seem to find it in any of my online settings.

can anyone offer any suggestions please.

cheers

Re: Norton Automatic Renewal Subscription

Hi,

The forum is for the product of Norton Family, a parental control program.  I'll forward the thread to Norton 360 forum for better exposure.

Thanks

Re: Norton Automatic Renewal Subscription

Everything you need to know about costs is right on the website. You can also log into your account. Amazon and Newegg have great deals on Norton. Just buy the download version and use only the key.

@Angus94:

You would get the answer (in the Price part) when you come to the below Confirmation section (take the below img as an example) @ http://buy.norton.com/estore/rc/cart :

NOTE:

You cannot use the product key or renewal code of one Norton service to activate a different Norton service. For example, you cannot activate Norton 360 using a Norton Internet Security product key or renewal code. In addition, two different versions of the same Norton service are treated as two different services. For example, Norton 360 and Norton 360 Premier are different services.

See original information here.

And to Turn off Norton Automatic Renewal service, view the above support page.

For more info & help, plz Chat with Norton Support.

And, please post back if this or any other comment solves your problem.

Re: Norton Automatic Renewal Subscription

If you are receiving the email to notify that the payment failed, you should also have received an email reminding you of the upcoming renewal. Check your email spam folder to see if it was sent there.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.
