Norton Backup Online
Yesterday I was getting reports that my Nobo had 29 Gb of the total available of 32 Gb full. I set the system to delete the entiore 29Gb so that I could start fresh. This morning Nobo still shows 29Gb in use. I want to do a backup asap so that I have the benefit of it. The 29Gb was still showing after the purge was completed last night. I had hoped that the problem was simply a time delay but it has continued into today.
Any suggestions for accessing the space? Any suggestions for communicating with Norton about this? I tried to write a note on the support line but I kept getting redirected.
