Norton blocked my website as a "Known dangerous webpage"

Norton blocked my website community.copilot21.com as a known dangerous website. 

I figured since I've reached out to support numerous times starting with around 3 weeks ago, that maybe coming here would get it resolved. I've seen other people get this fixed within 24 hours, but this has not been the case for me. This warning is negatively affecting our business and needs to be solved asap. Can a Norton agent please get this marked as a safe website? If there are any questions, please feel free to reach out. I'd like to know why it was marked this way in the first place. 

Second, having it as a "known" dangerous webpage is very misleading when most of the cases I'm seeing on community are false as well.
