Norton Bootable Recovery Tool - NBRT Won't Start

After downloading the Norton Bootable Recovery Tool - NBRT iso & successfully burning it to a CD, when I attempt to run it on my HP Desktop Computer, it fails to Load & Run & displays several lines of errors with NO OPTIONS to continue!
