Norton Bootable Recovery Tool - Unknown Error Occured

I've been trying to get the Norton Bootable Recovery Tool to work.  I've downloaded the ISO multiple times, installed it on several different USB drivers, but it always fails with "Unable to continue"  "Unknown Error Occurred".That's it. Nothing else, and I can't do anything with it.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Daryl

Hello Daryl. What program are you using to make the ISO bootable on your USB device? Try using Rufus to create the bootable USB.

Cheers

Re: Norton Bootable Recovery Tool - Unknown Error Occured

Rufus was the program that I used.

The drive boots, I get the error after accepting the License Agreement.  I then get "Unable to continue"  "Unknown error occurred".  I click "Ok", then the system reboots.
