Norton cancelled on all my devices

Today getting “No License” notifications even thought I have an email from Norton dated 26 November 2020 confirming my auto-renewing account activation. Purchased from Amazon on 25 October (from Aqua Reefer). Norton 360. Used on Desktop, two iPads and iPhone.

Sounds like you may be referring to two separate subscriptions. An Auto renewal is directly from Norton, and then you mention something about Amazon. If you used a new purchase from Amazon to extend your subscription, AND you had an Auto renewal processed, you now have 2 active subscriptions. 

Best to contact Norton Support to have them sort out the subscriptions.    www.norton.com/contactcs

Are you paying annually or monthly?

Is the Amazon product the one you set up auto renew on?

Is your credit card info up to date?

Login in to your Norton account and check.
