Norton Chat

What is it with Norton Chat?? Last night I was on chat with an agent and before he even starts to assist me with my issue, he disconnects from the chat and I'm back in the chat queue again....back to an hour wait time! Tonight I connected to chat and as soon as the agent says he was going to assist me, he was disconnected!! WHAT IS THE FRIGGIN PROBLEM HERE??? Is this happening to anyone else?

I've reported this to the forum Admin.  That shouldn't be happening.

Hopefully someone will look into what's going on.

In the meantime, perhaps we can assist you here if you can let us know what problem it is you are facing.
