Norton Clean for Android
The Norton Clean for android stopped finding or removing junk files 3 days ago. It opens and runs but finds nothing and the report card continues to show 0 days Clean Streak?

Just like Windows PC's, mobile devices can need a system restart. Try that and test for a day or so.
If that does not help, try clearing the app data for Norton Clean. Go into Android Settings - Apps. Scroll to the Norton Clean app and clear the app cache and app Data. Restart the device. Then test to see if things work properly.

I had the same problem. Tried to uninstall and reinstall but still didn't work. Went into settings, Apps and notifications, App info, scrolled down to Norton Clean and opened it. Clicked on Force Stop and in Storage, cleared the Cache and Data. Reopened Norton Clean and it started working. Also, the day counter on report card started to increment up each day that I initiated a clean.
