I have paid for Norton computer Tune Up but the number 1 800 000 163 puts me through to automated foreign language. Has anybody who paid for their tune up actually got it or is it a scam from Norton?

i got it and i thinke it a good program and the name is Norton Utilities Ultimate not norton tune up on the webside i lookt at it is ok

Norton Tune up is a service provided remotely by a Norton technician. It is not the same as the Norton Utilities app.
