Norton Core issue: Internet connection keeps disconnecting
We are seeing some issues where, although devices are connected to Norton Core wifi, there is no internet connection. Below are the workarounds, until we have a fix to address the issue:
- Resume the Internet for the devices in app using mobile data
- Turn off the Norton core
- Try connecting to Norton core after 10 minutes
