Norton Core issue: Internet connection keeps disconnecting

Hi,

We are seeing some issues where, although devices are connected to Norton Core wifi, there is no internet connection. Below are the workarounds, until we have a fix to address the issue:

  • Resume the Internet for the devices in app using mobile data
  • Turn off the Norton core
  • Try connecting to Norton core after 10 minutes

Once this issue is fixed, we will post an update to this thread. Thank you.

Norton Core Users,

This is a follow-up from our update on December 26th. Our team was able to restore internet access connectivity to the majority of our Norton Core users. However, there are still some users that might experience intermittent connectivity issues due to certain system configurations.
