Re: Norton core not connecting to app

Hello Ron, enable Bluetooth on the phone you are using with the app. Power cycle BOTH your ISP device and Core at the same time. Wait until all your lights are lit on your ISP device they try connecting to Core. There has to be internet service from your ISP before Core will begin to function.

Cheers

Re: Norton core not connecting to app

Ron, allow me to ask. Are you doing an initial setup of your Core out of the box? If that is the case, how are you setting it up? Who is you provider, what ISP modem/router are you using? Do you have Core connected via ethernet to LAN port 1 on your ISP device as setup instructs? What app for Core are you using, iOS or Android?

Re: Norton core not connecting to app

Ok our posts crossed. Turn wifi OFF on your phone and use your phone carrier data to open the Core app.

Re: Norton core not connecting to app

Follow this guide to troubleshoot. Please take note of what the light on your Core router is doing during each step.

Re: Norton core not connecting to app

Ron if you have someone in the home with an Android device download the app on to that device and attempt setup. If successful, you can remove the Core app from the Android device. Download again on the iOS device and open. Just perform "sign in" in the iOS app.
