Re: Norton Core - Product and Configuration FAQ

Thanks Peter...

Unfortunately these few additional crumbs of FAQs, like all those previously released for the Core, are, IMHO, equally simplistic - in fact, frustratingly so, and border-lining on condescending...

Hopefully a usable "Administrative-Level" User's Manual will either; 1) be accompanying, or 2) be available for download, when Core begins shipping.

Cheers!

Re: Norton Core - Product and Configuration FAQ

I agree. The only full information is likely to only be available when a user manual is released.

I only posted this to try to pass on more information than what is in the already posted FAQs at the top of this forum board. They deal mainly with the pre order process. It may help with some of the questions being asked here.

Re: Norton Core - Product and Configuration FAQ

Hi Peter,

Be assured - My previous response was in no way intended to be taken as a "let's shoot the messenger" suggestion!    Quite to the contrary, your efforts in attempting to bridge this info-gap, are (as always,) very much appreciated.

My frustration is only toward Norton's (presumably intentional) election to perpetuate these obscurements...

Cheers!

Re: Norton Core - Product and Configuration FAQ

No offense taken, as always.

My guess is that Norton did not want to release any manual before the product ships. In case there was a last minute change.

Anyway, it seems the ship date is getting close, if you look at Amazon or Best Buy. So should not be much more of a wait.
