Since I purchased a product to deliver a function and the company is discontinuing its function I believe I should get a full refund for the router it self. I don't believe its fair to the consumer, that when it was sold it would provide a service with no time limit. Now we are informed that it will no longer function. The correct thing to do is to let it still be functional as a router but with no updates or support. until the unit stops working. If this is not possible a refund should be issued for the unit to accommodate a replacement. I like the product and the service as a loyal customer hear my voice.
