I guess all of us that pre-ordered Norton Core will have to wait until this summer to see if we receive Norton Core or if it was canceled. Confused right now because this roll out should have been better than this.
How do you feel the rollout should have been better than this?
The original notice said it would be shipping in the summer of 2017. There is still 3 months left for summer.
Hmm, well for starters not getting a cancellation notice 10 minutes after pre-purchasing the Core and having a Norton agent available to chat with and ask why it's cancelled instead of being forwarded to frequently asked questions. You know usually when you purchase something and do nothing else it doesn't cancel itself. When I attempted to go to chat it sends me to these forums and will not allow me to speak to an agent. Not a normal business practice. Does that answer your question?
I have seen only one other poster mention something about getting a cancellation notice shortly after making the original order.

That's the same link I used online. I'm a current norton subscriber and every time I put in as a subject (Norton Core) about my problem I was put in to the forums because it said my question/problem might have been answered there.
It showed canceled after I purchased. Either I will get it this summer or not. Not a huge deal if I don't.
Interesting/strange. I just tried what you mentioned, and see that there is no chat option. Did you click on the button to get a local phone number?
I can only guess that until the Core product actually ships, the mainline support people do not have the necessary information available to them.
