Norton is not likely to post that kind of information. But there are plans for expansion of distribution, and for that to happen, the teams have to fix known issues.
As for improvements/suggestions, those will take longer as the basics have to be taken care of first.
The Google Play store indicates 10k+ downloads for the app itself, other than that there isn't much to go on. I have given a detailed listing of issues and features requested to the Core Admin. They have assured me those have NOT gone unnoticed and priority ATM is cloud and connectivity issues being rectified. I believe changes are coming just not in the near term as we are all hoping for. Our Canadian friends are still awaiting availability for the product itself so we are fortunate to at least have access to it. Even with its deficiencies.
