Norton Core Support for a Client/Server VPN tunnel

Are there any plans for the Norton Core to support a Client /Server VPN Connection.  For example, my current router allows me to configure it as a VPN Server and run Open VPN  client on my laptop and phone devices to allow me access to my internal devices that I do not want to allow any Internet/outside connection.

Re: Norton Core Support for a Client/Server VPN tunnel

Seb- I believe your question to be "Will the Norton Core router have the firmware ROM ability for a Client/Server VPN as a FEATURE" within the Core itself. I seriously doubt that Norton would ever allow an outside third party VPN that level of access to the Core as that would completely defeat the purpose of Core and its main security structure. I will ask one of my Norton contacts for a definitive answer all the same.

Hello Seb  There isn't anything to report with this feature addition. IF/when features are added they will be announced in the thread post I am attaching. https://community.norton.com/en/forums/norton-core-firmware-update-release-notes
