Hi there! I formatted my PC and installed windows from scratch yesterday and today after installing Norton 360 I see that the Norton Crypto option is not present in the wizard. Do you know what's happening? I have version 22.21.9.25. Take into account before installing a fresh version, norton crypto was running with no issues in my machine.

Since you installed from a clean version of Windows, your previous Norton Crypto settings are gone. That includes the setting that determined if your GPU is capable to mine. Since you were mining previously with this machine I have to assume you have a viable GPU.
The only other reason it may not have shown up yet, is you are not logged into your account, or the enable feature campaign has not reached your system yet. As the feature is only available in US / English for now.
