Norton Crypto mining

My task Manager says Norton is actively mining, but my RTX 2060 is at 0% GPU, and mu CPU is running at 22% for mining. Since my video card is a requirement for mining, why is it using my CPU not GPU which should mine much faster? I am earning about $15 per 2 weeks before fees. I would like to do better. How can this be changed? I see very little in the way of settings to bump up or down.

I don't know the answer but think it would help if you post a device manager screen shot of your cpu.
