For LHR GPUs we would typically mark these GPU cards as not viable for mining. While they are designed to be good at gaming, they are expressly set to be LHR (Lite Hash Rate) and unsuitable for crypto mining.
if you want to look up your exact card, first find the vendor ID and device ID, first find the device ID with one of these links:

Why does Norton take the choice of trying to mine with a LHR card away? Isn't this still America?
Son number 2 just upgraded to a RTX 3060 ti LHR
Norton 360 was reading it, and letting mine as a GTX 1660. suddenly one day y'all said "NO!"
So it is quite clear, while a LHR card will not mine as fast as a non LHR card, it will mine.
Until Norton sticks it busybody nose it it's customer's business.
FIX THIS!
