Have you used this feature in the past? If so and you are on the My Norton interface, try scrolling down the list of features.
If you have not used it before, be sure your system specs meet the minimum requirements. Your GPU must have at least 6GB dedicated memory to use the feature. See the Crypto FAQ here. https://community.norton.com/en/forums/faq-norton-crypto

My GPU meets the requirements listed in the faq, but the Norton Crypto Feature does not show up. Furthermore, it *used* to show up when I had a GPU that did *not* meet the requirements.

@Tiiinygecko - your message above is confusing. What is your GPU? What was your GPU? It sounds as if you had one and then switched to a different one.
