I am using a 2070 Super for the crypto and I noticed that it only shows Norton using on average 0.1% of my GPU. Occasionally it will quickly jump up to 45% being used and then quickly jump down to 0.1% being used. Is there a cap in the software that doesn't allow it to go past a certain point? And if there is can I increase the power of it?

what graphics card do you have? do you have more than 1 GPU?

when you use the windows task manager, select performance and select your GPU
do you see GPU memory used about 4.7GB and a Utilization number, what is that at?

mine typically shows ~4.7GB of usage and around 6% utilization, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060
according to my team this is typical, and there is no specific cap set
my hashrate is on average around 35MH

I don't believe there is a way to increase the "utilization". I believe for your card and mining for Ethereum, you should be on average between 40-45 MH/S, what are you seeing with the current utilization?
