Hello, i was wondering why the norton crypto option is not showing up on my computer i have read all the faqs and reinstalled i am also in the norton beta and doing all the live updates.
I am pretty sure my gpu is compatible as it is a NIVIDA RTX 3080 i also have a i7-10700KF cpu.
Would really appreciate a solution, thanks.

Was the option showing prior and is no longer seen or is this the first time you are trying?

I also had this problem. The Norton Crypto Option showed up when I had an incompatable GPU. I just upgraded my GPU to an Nvidia GTX 1660 6 gp, but now the Norton Crypto Option no longer shows up.

Solution for me: I had not restarted my PC after installing the video drivers for my new GPU. After restarting my PC, the Norton Crypto panal shows up :)
Of course, the hash won't calculate, like everyone complains about...but that's a separate topic for later...

Glad you got it working. I just tried updating my new drivers and restarting and it still won't show up.

Can you be sure to login to norton 360 then reboot, the check for GPU card viability is done at boot time and only for logged in users.

Thank you for the reply Matt. I logged into norton 360 then i restarted my pc still nothing i even live updated multiple times after that. Not sure what is going on.
