Norton Crypto stopped mining and doesnt show my balance

Good Morning,

Norton Crypto is grey this morning and doesnt show my accumulated balance.

Worked fine yesterday.

Can you fix this so it shows what I have mined and is activly mining?

I logged out, restarted PC and logged back in. That solved it. Thanks for the assist.

Restarted PC. hit start miner, nothing...

Can you send a screenshot? Also, what does "my wallet" report when you look at the mining tab?

My wallet shows nothing. Yesterday it showed about $15.00. It looks like I am disconnected from the server.

It appears you are not logged in. Click on the "my account" on the top left of the dash board and log in to your norton account.

No, its logged in. I clicked it and it gave me the option of logging out.
