If you try to take total it will have the amount mined that has not been payed out by Norton. Just add up pay out amounts since last withdraw and put that total in as the amount to withdraw. Your trying to take out more the Norton has payed out when you have current mining amount in with payouts.

I tried what elkhog said and it worked. Just adjust the payout amount a bit lower so it can go through.

lower your withdraw = to the gas fee so if gas fee is .002 and your moving .02 only withdraw .018
scale to your withdraw amount and the network gas fee amout
transaction should go threw

to clarify the gas fee has nothing to do with how much you are moving, if you move $1M of ETH it would be the same fee, it's based on the Ethereum network current capacity
