Norton Crypto Transfer Fees is about %48 !!

I just want to ask why is the network transfer fees so high? No matter how low or high the amount I want to deposit to my coinbase wallet, the network are always almost half that amount! Is there any reason why it's so high?

Hello Wise Panda. Norton sets a flat 15% on all transactions. Your biggest issue concerning fees above that are with Coinbase. Please read this article: https://help.coinbase.com/en/coinbase/trading-and-funding/pricing-and-fe...

Just to clarify, we do not impose a 15% fee on the transaction to coinbase. That fee is completely calculated by the Ethereum network as described in the link above. If you want to see the fees for the past week, check out this link -> https://ethereumprice.org/gas/

Poor choice of wording on my part in the last post. The Norton "mining" fee is 15% of crypto allotted to the miner.

Coinbase and other "third party" transfer fees, etc would be the extra costs involved that are NOT associated with Norton.

@SoulAsylum, that is correct

Gas fees and the fluctuation is effecting many mining pools and how the payouts are occurring too, we are not the only ones. The good news however is there are enough times where the fees are low enough (all depends on perspective) that the transfers are "ok".
