Norton Dark Monitoring

OK So i have downloaded the new update for Windows 10 from the Norton site , and yes signed in. After the Download update restarted Computer then checked my Panel, which now does NOT show the Dark Wem as before!

I have Run Live Update twice and restarted my Puter (Not just restart) twice now , still there is no Dark Monitor showing on my Panel   Why is this so.

However if i go to my Account and Log In after some looking around i see this (Pic Attached) but now if i start filling in details how do i know this is going to work and is it Genuine ??? Confused!
