Norton Deluxe Subscription Problem
I have subscribed to Norton Deluxe that is supporting up to 5 devices. The payment is shown in my Norton profile in "Order History" tab. I also received an email regarding the payment and subscription. Subscription is validated on my device by showing "365 days remaining". However, in my Norton profile, in "Subscriptions" tab, my subscription is shown as expired. I'm not able to download protection to my other devices. Another problem is that when I manually enter the sent product key, I get a warning "This key belongs to another account." that is completely wrong.
Could anyone help me with this problem?
