Norton Deluxe Subscription Problem

Hello everyone,

I have subscribed to Norton Deluxe that is supporting up to 5 devices. The payment is shown in my Norton profile in "Order History" tab. I also received an email regarding the payment and subscription. Subscription is validated on my device by showing "365 days remaining". However, in my Norton profile, in "Subscriptions" tab, my subscription is shown as expired. I'm not able to download protection to my other devices. Another problem is that when I manually enter the sent product key, I get a warning "This key belongs to another account." that is completely wrong. 

Could anyone help me with this problem?

Hi capcap,

Please go to Settings > Administrative Settings > Remote Management ON > Apply.  Then go to your profile nd see if it has picked up your newest subscription.  I am not sure a reboot may be required.

Let us know if this makes a difference.

If you are having a message about This key belongs to another account you need to contact Norton Support to sort this out.   www.norton.com/contactcs

Things happen. Export/Backup your Identity Safe data.

I contacted with the Norton Support, and problem is resolved, there was a problem with mail addresses. Thanks for help.
